Qualified candidates will:

• Performs investor and fund operations, including calculating capital calls, distributions, and fees, performing cash reconciliations, and monitoring fund expenses.
• Responsible for maintaining the investor and fund databases and systems.
• Perform fund accounting, investor valuations and reporting.
• Work with the accounting team on managing wires and cash flow for the funds and the investors.
• Support the annual financial statements audit process and tax filings for the funds and the investors.
