Qualified candidates will:

· Lead decoupling efforts from paid ILS (Zillow, Apartments.com)

· Lead SEO efforts and evolution with AI technology

· Lead Organic advertising campaigns

· Develop strategies to improve properties website design, user experience, and user engagement

· Develop and implement effective Social Media strategy to drive traffic

· Lead persona development and targeting that drives ideal, high quality resident profile traffic

· Develop data collection, analysis, modeling strategy to understand each properties unique attributes and top resident personas

· Develop strategies and tactics to drive correct personas to properties as traffic

· Redesign the structure of the marketing team to meet demands of the business for the next 10 years

· Lead a department of 6-8 marketing professionals
