Our senior leadership team consists of people from a variety of backgrounds with certain common traits: talent and a proven track record of leading, motivating and managing overachieving teams. We’re firm believers that Leadership isn’t a title; it’s an action. We’ve grown successfully by bringing an entirely new and innovative approach to the apartment industry, carried out by a leadership team with no prior industry experience.

Our leadership team includes operations, acquisitions, recruiting, accounting, finance, communications, and marketing. Each function lays the groundwork for the future as we work to serve more residents than ever before. Accomplishing this means having the right people at the helm.

The right people can make an impact far beyond what happens at our apartment communities. Since 2005, a portion of The Connor Group’s proceeds go to Kids & Community Partners, our non-profit branch that focuses on ending generational poverty by helping serve under-resourced students. Connor Group associates will help generate roughly $500 million over the next decade to programs that help pull kids out of poverty. Just by doing your job at a high level, you’ll help fund innovative schools and camps for our most under-served populations.
